Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: When will I receive a tracking number for my order? A: Please allow the site to update your tracking number. It may take 2-5 days after an order has been placed.
Q: I have not received a response to my email. A: Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond to your emails.
Q: I need an item by a certain date, is it possible? A: Yes, it is possible, just email us first to confirm. We will place your order on prioity if possible.
Q: My item arrived damaged, can I return it? A: Please contact us via email first. In most cases, items are covered by manufacturer's warranty.
Q: I placed an order 2 weeks ago? Where's my Item? A: Some items, very few, have a longer handling time. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days to ship in addition to handling time.
Q: I tried contacting toystoreinc. A: Please leave a detailed message, if possible leave a message on the yahoo messenger with your number, we will respond as soon as we can.
