Terms of Sale:
The following Terms of Sale will govern the sale between Toy Store Inc (the Seller) and you, our Customer, for any item purchased from our website. By buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Please Note there will be No Returns or Order Cancellations once your item has been processed for shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We want to ship orders ASAP and Keep Items In Stock Accurately.
Note: Stock and Availability shown on this site is for your reference only. While we strive to provide the most accurate and timely stock and availability information, availability information may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is received.
Payment Policy:
We accept the following methods of payment: major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card), Google Checkout, Paypal, Money Order, and Company Checks. We prefer payment by major credit cards and Paypal for security. Please feel free to contact us if you need additional information, sales@toystoreinc.com
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We currently ship all over the United States. We do ship to Europe occasionally. Please email us FIRST with zip codes for international shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart, and may vary according to the number or weight of items shipped, carrier used, destination of order, and whether you requested expedited delivery.
We ship everyday for all in stock items, and once payment is charged, confirmed and verified. WE STRIVE TO SHIP YOUR ORDER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, BECAUSE OF INVENTORY, SHIPPING, AND MATTERS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL, OUR STATEMENTS AS TO USUAL SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEES OR PROMISES THAT A PRODUCT WILL SHIP ON A SPECIFIC DAY. IF YOU WISH TO FIND OUT THE EXPECTED DATE OF SHIPMENT ON A PARTICULAR ITEM OR ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE PLACING ORDER. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Toy Store Inc or other parties only as an estimate. Please note there is handling time. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We ship items Monday - Friday within 24 hours of payment. If payments need to be cleared, we ship items within 2 business days of payment clearance. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Currently we ship using UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and USPS.
Shipping Limitations:
When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address provided by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant and accurate. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. We may ask you to sign a legal note for claims. We take this seriously due to fraud.
Price:
All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated. All applicable state, local, federal, and international taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout. You are responsible the pay and/ or report taxes if necessary.
Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Toy Store Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Toy Store Inc shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or payment in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Toy Store Inc reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Toy Store Inc reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Backorder Policy:
Our goal is to ship all orders COMPLETE within 48 hours; same day if the order is received by 3 PM Eastern Time. Orders received after this cutoff time may be shipped the following business day. When you place your order we will be able to tell you when it will be shipped. If your order includes an item that is not in stock, your order will be held for shipment as soon as the item becomes available, unless you request PARTIAL shipping.
Partial Shipping: At your request, in stock items will be shipped immediately and backordered items will be shipped when available.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, email sales@toystoreinc.com or orders@toystoreinc.com for assistance. If your order has not already shipped we still be able to cancel it for you and may subject to restocking fee. (Please read below for the fee.) If an order has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of our Return and Refunds Policy.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 3 days of receipt. This allow us to keep inventory accurately. In order to obtain a return authorization number. Please email sales@toystoreinc.com or returns@toystoreinc.com and state the reason of return. For electronics including toys and consoles, there are absolutely no returns or exchanges. Restocking fees apply.
Returns without RMA number will not process. You must get the return address for a return. If you refused the order, items will NOT be reshipped unless additional shipping cost has been paid. There is a 30% restocking fee for returned items. Shipping is not refundable, and you will bear the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. Refunds will be given as STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will not be responsible for damaged goods. Please contact the manufacturer and their warranty policies.
Receipts and Packing Slips are printed out via your Google Checkout, Paypal, or Toystoreinc.com Order Confirmation.
